We hoped that she would motorcycle to work but alas for our remote culture (and those Canadian winters!)
Danika recently joined our team on the creative side and works on a lot of the UGC processes that we have in place. She is a wonderful POC for all the creators that work with us.
She’s that Gen Z kid we were all afraid of – familiar and driven by trends on social media.
But we took advantage of that and used her skills on some of our ads where she’s in front of the camera.

Q1. What are three 3 words that you would use to describe yourself?
Organized, inquisitive, caring.
Q2. What drew you to RocketShip HQ originally? How has the company changed since?
What drew me to Rocketship was the flexibility in where and when to work. In addition, I was drawn to learning about marketing.
Q3. What do you like about your job?
I enjoy learning about the marketing industry.
Q4. What is a typical workday like for you?
A typical workday for me includes lots of back and forth with emails and messages. Sometimes it includes doing some research for our trends tracker. Other times it includes reviewing footage received. Other times I spend some time typing up or preparing documents.

Q5. What was a key inflection/turning point in your career?
I took a step to enter a completely new field of work to learn more about marketing.
Q6. What are some of the key lessons you’ve learned over the course of your career?
I’ve learned that learning is a lifelong process. In every job you have, you will learn new things.

Q7. Tell us about your favorite travel & food spots or experiences (feel free to include more than 1).
My favorite travel experience has to be in Tennessee. Either Gatlinburg or Chattanooga.
Both are very cool places with lots of adventures in nature and in the city.
Q8. What do you do for fun?
Skiing in the winter, playing instruments (violin, piano, flute), riding my sports motorcycle, learning languages.

- Visit Europe
- Learn German
- Visit Israel and Egypt
Q10. What is a fun fact about yourself that not many people might know?
My first language is actually French.
