Anmol has been on the team for quite a while and has seen the company grow. While his interests are in the field of art and literature, his heart lies in the different food experiences across the country.
Shamanth occasionally recounts to the team how Anmol showed him the best food spots in the city of Indore and we can’t wait to visit too!

Q1. What are three 3 words that you would use to describe yourself?
Smart.
Lazy.
Perfectionist.
Q2. What drew you to RocketShip HQ originally? How has the company changed since?
RocketShip offered me flexibility and an exposure to the digital marketing world that I’d never had before.
The company has grown well, the experiences have become vast and more interesting and work flexibility holds a special place for me.
Q3. What do you like about your job?
I get to work with so many brands. It is actually amazing to learn about the innovative ideas clients bring to the table through their brands.
Q4. What has been your proudest moment at RocketShip HQ?
Initially I worked as a freelancer to Rocketship HQ, and one day Shamanth said that he would be visiting me in my city. I was proud to host him and that day, he asked to be a core member of the team.
Q5. What is a typical workday like for you?
Everyday is special and brings on new challenges to work on. It could be building design patterns, animating something unique, understanding a brand’s demand or the new trends to follow while creating a video. Everyday is a different day.
Career journey
Q6. What was a key inflection/turning point in your career?
It was when I quit my job as a designer and started to explore my strength in other aspects of the multimedia field. Now, I’m not just a graphic designer but an experienced motion developer and a well-established animation artist.
Q7. Tell us about a mentor or a person who has inspired or influenced you significantly.
One of my senior colleagues from a previous job was a friend, mentor and well-wisher. His words worked like magic and he helped me build confidence when I needed it the most.
His words were, “You have it in you, you will grow higher and higher, once you start listening to the inner you.”
Well, I quit that job! I got to learn so much and today, Rocketship HQ has my back.
Q8. What are some of the key lessons you’ve learned over the course of your career?
1. Money is not the only thing you get at the end; the knowledge and experience from the work matters more.
2. Do not overthink before asking questions. Make it as repetitive as you can, and the end result of the work will be marvelous.
3. Being a team player is always legit!

Q9. Tell us about your favorite travel & food spots or experiences (feel free to include more than 1).
I’m from Indore, India – #thefoodiecity! I have traveled to many other places, but no other city offers food (Indian food) better than here. So the Indori side of me says nowhere but Indore to indulge in the mouth watering flavors the city offers.
My favorite travel spot is, of course, Goa. It’s nearby and offers everything you need while on vacation.
Q10. What do you do for fun?
I enjoy cricket! That means playing and not just watching the game.
Q11. What are the top 3 items on your bucket list?
1. Skydiving.
2. Covering at least a few more spots around the globe.
3. To have an exotic car or bike parked in the garage of my mansion.
Q12. What is a fun fact about yourself that not many people might know?
I love poetry but many people find that hard to believe!
