Q2. What drew you to RocketShip HQ originally? How has the company changed since?
I’ve always been very curious about AI, and what drew me to RocketShip HQ was its extensive use of AI, while still leaving space for human creativity. The company changes with each passing week, thanks to the plethora of resources and the opportunity to try new tools and ideas. Everyone is evolving and growing together.
Q3. What do you like about your job?
I’m learning something new every single day. I’m a curious person, so I love that!
Q4. What has been your proudest moment at Rocketship HQ?
I got 3 shoutouts for my work in my second week here.
Q5. What is a typical workday like for you?
My workday begins at noon. With our daily asynchronous check ins, I begin by reflecting on my work from the previous day, and plan ahead. I structure my workday into focused 90-minute sessions, with multiple breaks in between.

Q6. What was a key inflection/turning point in your career?
I have 2 of my own ventures, and building them made me wear different hats constantly. This was a huge learning curve and made me look at businesses and founders very differently.
Q7. Tell us about a mentor or a person who has inspired or influenced you significantly.
Marcus Aurelius is my inspiration in almost everything I do.

Q8. What are some of the key lessons you’ve learned over the course of your career?
- Working with a diverse group of people has educated me more than any college course could have.
- Patience is a superpower.
- Building from scratch is not always a good idea.
- Consistency is better than perfection

Q9. Tell us about your favorite travel & food spots or experiences (feel free to include more than 1).
My favorite cities I have visited so far are Istanbul and Hong Kong. My fav food cities are Bangalore and NYC- best dosas and best pizza of course!
Q10. What do you do for fun?
I love to drive, so I’m always out trying out new terrain. I’m a big reader and I enjoy yoga and pilates.

I have a natural aptitude for learning languages quickly.
