Q1. What are three 3 words that you would use to describe yourself?
Organized, flexible, creative
Q2. What drew you to RocketShip HQ originally? How has the company changed since?
I was drawn by the opportunity to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. While the team has evolved since I joined, the company’s commitment to growth and learning remains stronger than ever.
Q3. What do you like about your job?
I love the daily learning opportunities, working on diverse projects with unique teammates, and the flexibility to choose my working hours to fit my lifestyle.
Q4. What has been your proudest moment at Rocketship HQ?
It was a huge honor to be trusted to lead the design team shortly after I started. Nailing the invoicing process was a proud moment, too!
Q5. What is a typical workday like for you?
My typical workday involves a lot of communication with teammates, some planning, and concepting. I enjoy the variety of tasks and the constant collaboration throughout the day.
Career journey
Q6. What was a key inflection/turning point in your career?
The first key turning point was in 2017 when, as a fresh French literature graduate, I entered the world of casual mobile gaming. The second was in 2021, when I transitioned to product marketing in a mobile gaming studio. This career path turned out to be quite different from what I had envisioned during my studies, but has been both challenging and rewarding in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
Q7. Tell us about a mentor or a person who has inspired or influenced you significantly.
My colleagues inspire me every day. You learn something from each person you work with and meet, and I’m trying to adopt and understand diverse perspectives in all situations, both personally and professionally.
Q8. What are some of the key lessons you’ve learned over the course of your career?
I’m constantly relearning that you have to be patient with yourself. You can’t excel in every situation, and you can’t have an answer to everything, so it’s okay to ask for help.
And, of course, be kind. The attitude you take is the thing people remember you by.

Q9. Tell us about your favorite travel & food spots or experiences (feel free to include more than 1).
As a francophile and francophone, I have to say France, with all its unique regional diversities. The amazing Parisian cafes and museums leave you daydreaming for months. Barcelona, Spain, is also a favorite for its laid-back atmosphere and fantasy-like architecture. And I can’t forget any region where you can go wine tasting in a beautiful rural setting.
Q10. What do you do for fun?
For everyday fun, I enjoy reading and watching the sunsets over the mountains around my city. Occasionally, I love cooking, exploring my hometown like a tourist, and attending rock, jazz, and alternative concerts.

Visiting Morocco

Master the art of beekeeping
Q12. What is a fun fact about yourself that not many people might know?
I dream of growing my own tomato plants because they taste so much better than store-bought ones. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough space to do that in my apartment. 🙁
