He’s a great chef (so we’ve heard but Viren can vouch for that) and he’s quite the winner during our virtual happy hour games.

Q1. What are three 3 words that you would use to describe yourself?
Adaptable, Assertive, Adventurous
Q2. What drew you to RocketShip HQ originally? How has the company changed since?
My interest in digital marketing drew me to the company. This interest arose because everything has gone digital in this era. Most of the work is done using online tools. While working for Rocketship HQ, I became part of the digital marketing team and started to learn how ads are being posted, and also how money is being generated out of social media.
Q3. What do you like about your job?
My job gives me insights into digital marketing, and I get to learn its various aspects, how ads are being posted or how the company is earning through ads, etc.
Q4. What has been your proudest moment at RocketShip HQ?
When I was praised by my boss for my work. Shamanth praises my work and motivates me on a regular basis.
Q5. What is a typical workday like for you?
I wake up early and after a bout of physical exercise, I start my day. I aim to complete my work before 8 pm. I also ensure to give time to my family.
Career journey
Q6. What was a key inflection/turning point in your career?
When I joined one of the biggest healthcare companies, Fortis Healthcare, which was my first job after completing my studies. That gave me the proper insight into the medical department. It was a totally different experience for me and a turning point because I started earning.
Also, learning things in a practical manner is a better experience than simply learning by theory.
Q7. Tell us about a mentor or a person who has inspired or influenced you significantly.
Dr. Shrikant Swami – His care for health and work.
Dr. Rajeev Lochan Tiwari – Ambitious person.
Rajat Agarwal – His industrious behavior. He is the owner of the battery recycling industry. He was so punctual, and his attitude towards his work and his charming personality inspired me.
Q8. What are some of the key lessons you’ve learned over the course of your career?
Punctuality and regularity are two of the utmost important things to grow and move ahead in life.

Q9. Tell us about your favorite travel & food spots or experiences (feel free to include more than 1).
Alkauser(South Delhi) – For the most amazing food and the best chicken dishes.
Rishikesh, Ranthambore National Park (Sawai Madhopur, Raj.). I liked Rishikesh because of river rafting and cliff jumping and Ranthambore because this national park provides jungle safari and if you are lucky enough, you see tigers also.
Q10. What do you do for fun?
I enjoy playing sports and trying out different kinds of foods. I also like to hang out with friends. Riding a bike on empty roads is a great stress relief for me.
Q11. What are the top 3 items on your bucket list?
- Going on a holiday out of India (Preferably Thailand, China or the US).
- Opening my own restaurant because I love feeding people and good quality food is hard to find these days.
- Starting my own tile factory. My family has been in the mining industry for 20 years, dealing with different kinds of rocks (quartz and feldspar).
Q12. What is a fun fact about yourself that not many people might know?
My dream home would be in the Maldives.
